MIRU Fragrance is seeking an experienced, responsible, and motivated Retail & Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead team members, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining retail standards, coordinating perfume-making workshops, and ensuring the business operates efficiently.

Previous experience in a formal supervisory position is mandatory. Applicants without prior supervisory or equivalent people-management experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, train, and support employees while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Delegate responsibilities, monitor staff performance, and maintain professional workplace standards.
- Oversee daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Deliver excellent customer service and professionally resolve customer complaints.
- Assist customers with fragrance selection and product recommendations.
- Coordinate perfume workshop preparation, scheduling, supplies, and customer experiences.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, organization, and brand presentation.
- Monitor inventory, restock products, and report shortages or operational concerns.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, workplace safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Communicate with management regarding staffing, sales, customer feedback, and daily operations.
- Take initiative, solve problems,



and ensure smooth operations with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

- Mandatory previous experience in a formal supervisory position.
- Proven ability to supervise employees, delegate tasks, and manage daily operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling customer concerns and maintaining service standards.
- Ability to work independently, take accountability, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a qualified attitude.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Previous experience in retail, boutique management, beauty, fragrance, hospitality, or customer service is an asset.
