Class 1 Delivery Driver – Mountain & BC Experience Required

Pay: $1,600–$2,200 per week

We’re hiring experienced Class 1 Delivery Drivers to deliver to oil and gas camps across Western Canada. We offer newer equipment and steady, year-round work, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Routes include Edmonton to Kitimat, BC; Yellowknife and other Northwest Territories destinations; and Saskatchewan.

Mountain driving experience, experience driving in Northern BC, and the ability to safely chain up are required.

What You’ll Do

- Complete 1–2 long-haul trips per week, with other scheduling options available ( 1 long trip 1 short trip ).
- Operate trucks and trailers safely on regional and long-distance delivery routes.
- Navigate mountain roads and changing winter conditions, including installing and removing tire chains when required.
- Make safe, timely deliveries and provide skilled service at customer sites.
- Use electronic logging devices (ELDs) and comply with transportation and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

- A valid Class 1 driver’s licence.
- At least 3 years of verified Class 1 commercial driving experience.




- At least 2 years of mountain driving experience, plus experience driving in BC.
- Experience chaining up and confidence working in winter driving conditions.
- A clean driver’s abstract dated within the last 30 days.
- Experience operating both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Proficiency with ELDs.
- A strong safety record, reliability, and a professional attitude.

Assets

- Experience using manual or electric pallet jacks.
- Previous delivery and customer service experience.
- Current First Aid, CSO or equivalent, H2S, TDG, or WHMIS tickets.
