Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our team. As a Framer, you will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs. This is a hands-on role that requires experience with hand tools, power tools, and the ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to blueprints and specifications
- Assemble and secure the framework of buildings using nails, screws, or other fasteners
- Install windows, doors, siding, and drywall
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes to lift and position materials
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Framer or in a similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics




- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation for material handling
- Experience in concrete finishing is desirable
- Ability to restore or repair damaged structures is an asset
