Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and a passion for food are essential. Responsibilities

- Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and serving areas.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their orders.
- Uphold food safety standards by following sanitation guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.




- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Skills

- Proficient in food preparation techniques with a strong understanding of food safety practices.
- Experience with POS systems, preferably Micros POS, for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
- Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
