Panoramic Properties Inc is looking for Resident Manager positions for two apartment buildings in Mississauga as well as other cities in Ontario to join our team.
The successful applicants will be responsible for the leasing process, maintaining client relationships, collecting rent, overseeing on-site service issues, repairs, and building maintenance. Must be able to maintain positive client relations with tenants and subcontractors attending the building, clean police report necessary. Competitive wages offered.
Duties to include, but not limited to, the following;
- Leasing/Sales
- Administration
- Rent collection and depositing
- Be presentable and polite and comfortable in dealing with tenants
