WE’RE HIRING – Cleaning & Facility Maintenance Staff

30–35 hours per week | Rotating shifts

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and friendly team member to join our team at a sports facility in Mississauga, near Sherway Mall.

This position focuses on the cleaning and upkeep of padel and pickleball courts, washrooms, and surrounding common areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for the guests and players and works well alongside the court staff to keep the facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

- Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms, including sinks, countertops, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
- Cleaning and maintaining the glass walls and panels surrounding the padel courts, ensuring they are free of fingerprints, smudges, and marks.
- Emptying garbage bins and replacing garbage bags as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout common areas, including floors and high-touch surfaces.
- Cleaning up after guests and players to maintain a tidy, professional facility.
- Responding to cleaning requests from court staff and working collaboratively with the team to address cleaning needs as they arise.




- Performing general cleaning and facility upkeep to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.

Requirements:

- Some previous cleaning experience is preferred, including washroom cleaning, mopping, and general facility upkeep.
- English is required.
- Spanish is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on assigned tasks.
- Ability to work independently while also communicating and cooperating with court staff.
- Flexibility to respond to cleaning needs throughout the shift.
