To help fuel our next chapter of growth, we are looking for a Senior Logistics Dispatcher (Carrier Relations) to join our tight-knit team in Toronto!

What you’ll be doing:

This isn't just about moving trucks—it’s about building an elite network. As a Senior Dispatcher, your ultimate end-game is to establish, grow, and retain vital carrier partnerships.

- Drive the Pipeline: Manage and scale our carrier portfolio, matching preferred carrier lanes with high-priority freight.
- Lead the Floor: Support, mentor, and coordinate with other dispatchers in the office to streamline daily workflows.
- Source & Close: Continually source and onboard new carriers, turning cold leads into long-term strategic partners.
- Keep Things Moving: Track loads on the road, proactively communicate updates, and handle fast-paced problem-solving.

Who you are:

- A Relationship Builder: You are smooth as silk on the phone and in writing. You know how to build instant trust with drivers and fleet owners.
- A Sharp Negotiator: You love the thrill of a deal,



understand market trends, and know how to close.
- Detail-Obsessed: In logistics, the devil is in the details. You sweat the small stuff to ensure zero friction.
- An Experienced Pro: You have 2–3 years of experience in logistics, business development, or freight customer service, with solid load board and multi-state geography knowledge.

- Mon–Fri (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM) + rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
