We're looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our team!

- As a key member of our logistics team, you'll be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing schedules, and communicating with drivers.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Dispatch Coordinator Previous experience with TransPlus and Aval a plus Coordinate and dispatch delivery routes Manage scheduling and logistics Communicate with drivers and customers Data entry and record keeping
- Fluent written and spoken English Possess positive and team-oriented attitude STATUS IN CANADA – PR / Citizen

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor daily freight operations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Utilize transportation management systems to schedule and track shipments.
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation related to freight movements.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries and provide updates.
- Support shipping and receiving processes as needed.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with transportation management systems.
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Analytical skills to interpret operational data.
- Knowledge of freight operations and shipping & receiving procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
