Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor will demonstrate strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills. Customer service, sales and communication skills are essential to the success of this role.

In this role you will:

· Provide excellent in-person as well as telephone customer service in a prompt, professional and courteous manner

· Possess the ability to communicate clearly and interpret the customers’ needs

· Manage parts inquires and process orders by phone, email or in person

· Provide customers with up-to-date pricing and quotes

· Confirm product inventory and availability, providing accurate delivery dates to the customers

· Process invoices and receive payments from retail customers

· Promote sales by upselling and cross-selling related products

· Provide Service Technicians with parts as required

· Maintain merchandising for the retail sales floor, counter and displays

· Have the ability to lift up to 50 Lbs

· Maintain a clean parts counter





Education/Experience

· High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

· Knowledge of parts

· 2 yrs experience as parts counter representative

· Basic computer skills

· Sales experience considered an asset

· Knowledge of powersports considered an asset

· CRM & Inventory Management system knowledge (Lightspeed EVO)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.25-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
