Job Summary

As a Wendy’s Crew Member, prepare and serve food, assist guests, and support smooth restaurant operations. You’ll contribute to a welcoming experience while helping maintain an organized, clean, and secure environment for customers and coworkers.

Duties

- Prepare and serve orders accurately, following food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Use POS systems, including Micros POS where applicable, to process orders and handle cash and payments accurately.
- Provide friendly customer service, answer questions, and suggest menu items through helpful upselling.
- Keep work areas clean, manage time across kitchen and service tasks, and use basic math for transactions and order accuracy.

Qualifications

Required: Practical food preparation, safe food handling, sanitation, customer service, cashiering, cash handling, basic math, and time management capabilities support daily duties. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, serving, or kitchen experience, along with familiarity with POS or Micros POS systems and confidence recommending menu items.

Pay: $17.95-$19.00 per hour
