Member Services Manager, Western Canada

VetCircle is a Canadian veterinary group purchasing and operations support organization dedicated to helping independently owned veterinary hospitals succeed. We provide our members with competitive supplier rebates and discounts, management and HR support, equipment procurement, continuing education, and in-hospital operational assessments.

We’re looking for an experienced veterinary professional to join our team as our Member Services Manager, Western Canada, supporting members across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

What You’ll Do

Member Relationships & Support

- Build strong relationships with veterinary practice owners and managers.
- Work with our team to provide practical management & HR support.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure members are maximizing their membership benefits.
- Resolve member concerns, gather feedback, and drive member retention.

Supplier Rebates & Purchasing

- Educate members on available supplier rebates, discounts, and promotions through their membership.
- Help members identify inventory consolidation opportunities and maximize savings.
- Coordinate inventory swap outs with the practice and reps.
- Work with supplier partners to improve relationships with clinics and resolve issues.

Continuing Education & Events

- Be a part of our veterinary CE events, workshops, wet labs, and webinars.
- Coordinate speakers, venues, registrations, sponsorships, and event logistics.
- Build relationships with industry partners to deliver valuable educational opportunities.
- Present and teach management topics to members through our monthly webinars.

Operations & Member Engagement

- Connect members with equipment procurement and in-hospital assessment services.




- Develop and share practical management resources and educational content on our dashboard/app.
- Keep members informed through email, our online community, and member dashboard.
- Collaborate with the VetCircle team to improve services and streamline processes.

What We’re Looking For

- Veterinary Hospital experience, working in clinic preferably as a Practice Manager, or in a leadership role.
- Robust understanding of veterinary hospital operations and management challenges.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with supplier relationships and inventory management is an asset.
- Comfortable working remotely and travelling throughout Western Canada.
