Duties

- Use hand tools to assist with roofing, carpentry, caulking, and related repair tasks.
- Carry materials and equipment, including performing heavy lifting safely and following site procedures.
- Read work instructions to understand measurements, layouts, and task requirements.
- Keep work areas orderly, communicate progress, and coordinate with colleagues on assigned tasks.

Experience

Required: Practical ability to use hand tools, perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting, and follow instructions carefully supports safe, accurate roofing work.



Clear communication and attention to detail help coordinate tasks and maintain consistent workmanship. Your impact: Careful, dependable work helps colleagues complete projects efficiently and leaves customers with reliable roof repairs.

Preferred: Construction experience, including carpentry, caulking, blueprint reading, or handyman work, is useful for contributing confidently to wide-ranging roofing tasks and adapting to project needs.
