Job Summary

The Xactimate Estimator prepares transparent, well-supported construction estimates using project information, pricing details, and estimating tools. This role coordinates with project stakeholders to clarify scope, assess costs, and support informed decisions throughout the estimating process.

Responsibilities

- Review project documentation and site details to define scope, quantities, and required work.
- Prepare and update Xactimate estimates, applying construction estimating and pricing practices to produce accurate cost breakdowns.
- Use Bluebeam and other relevant tools to review plans, organize takeoffs, and document estimate assumptions.
- Coordinate project management details, discuss scope or pricing with stakeholders, and negotiate adjustments when appropriate.

Requirements

Required: Practical construction estimating, pricing, and project coordination capabilities are essential, along with clear documentation and effective communication to support accurate estimates and scope discussions. Preferred: Construction experience, familiarity with Bluebeam and HeavyBid, and negotiation skills can strengthen estimate reviews, collaboration, and project planning.

Pay: $15.00-$30.00 per hour
