Job Overview

As a Cashier/Customer Service team member, you’ll support customers through friendly service, accurate transactions, and helpful product guidance. You’ll contribute to an organized, welcoming retail environment while helping customers find products that suit their needs.

Duties

- Process purchases and returns using POS systems, handle cash carefully, and apply basic math to verify transactions.
- Answer customer questions, provide product demonstrations, and support technology sales with clear, helpful explanations.
- Maintain merchandising displays, keep the checkout area organized, and coordinate with colleagues to support smooth store operations.
- Use attentive phone etiquette and timely follow-up to respond to customer needs. Your impact: helpful service and accurate checkout make shopping easier for customers and support reliable teamwork.

Skills





Required: Clear communication, customer service, cashiering, POS use, cash handling, basic math, organization, and time management support accurate transactions and responsive assistance. English proficiency is needed to communicate with customers and colleagues. Preferred: Retail sales, upselling, merchandising, product demonstrations, technology or technical sales experience, and bilingual or multilingual abilities can strengthen product guidance and help serve a broader range of customers.

Pay: $17.95-$18.00 per hour
