Job Summary
Diversified Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk for one of our Clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and human resources systems. The Accounts Payable Clerk will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting overall accounting operations.

Responsibilities

- ERP system (Epicor) experience
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of payable transactions
- Manage data entry related to accounts payable and ensure timely processing of payments
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed to support overall financial health
- Maintain organized records of all transactions for audit purposes
- Collaborate with human resources and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures




- Provide analysis and reporting on accounts payable activities to management

Experience

- Prior experience with accounting software such as Workday, QuickBooks, Sage , PeopleSoft, UltiPro, or Ceridian is highly preferred
- Sage 300 experience required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and data entry processes
- Solid analysis skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
- Experience working within human resources or HRIS platforms is a plus
- Previous roles in accounting or finance supporting accounts payable functions are desirable
