Job Summary

The Site Supervisor coordinates daily construction site activities, supports safe and orderly work, and monitors progress against project plans. This role works closely with crews and project colleagues to address issues promptly and keep work aligned with quality and budget expectations.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily site work, communicate priorities, and support effective collaboration among crews and project teams.
- Review blueprints and schematics to clarify work requirements and identify potential site issues.
- Monitor workmanship and progress, perform quality control checks, and report concerns for timely resolution.
- Track project costs and estimates, using construction management software to organize schedules, documentation, and updates.

Skills

Required: Practical construction experience, blueprint and schematic reading, quality control, and transparent site coordination support effective oversight of daily work. Preferred: Supervising experience, budgeting, construction estimating, and familiarity with construction management software, including ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6, strengthen project tracking and team support.

Pay: $1.00-$2.00 per hour
