About Us
Soul Laser & Spa is a luxury self-care clinic in Surrey, BC, built on a family heritage of over 30 years in the beauty industry. We offer laser hair removal, facials, microneedling, Japanese head spa and esthetics, and we're now expanding into medical aesthetics. We're looking for an experienced nurse injector to help build and lead this new side of the clinic alongside our Medical Director.
The Role
You'll deliver safe, natural-looking injectable and medical aesthetic treatments, working alongside our medical director and esthetics team. This is a chance to shape a growing injectables program from the ground up, build your own client base, and grow with the clinic.
Treatments You'll Perform
- Neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) – forehead, glabella, crow's feet, masseter, lip flip, hyperhidrosis
- Dermal fillers – lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, nasolabial folds, under-eye (tear trough, where trained)
- PRP – blood draw, processing and treatment (hair restoration, facial rejuvenation, PRP microneedling)
- Skin boosters and biostimulators (e.g., Skinvive, Sculptra, Radiesse)
- Filler dissolving (hyaluronidase) and complication management
- Other medical aesthetic services as the menu grows (e.g., IV therapy, B12, Kybella)
Responsibilities
- Administer injectables under a client-specific order from our ordering physician or nurse practitioner, in line with BCCNM standards (NPs may assess and order within their own scope)
- Consult with clients on goals, health history and contraindications; obtain and document informed consent
- Take before/after photos and keep accurate, complete charting
- Recognize and respond to adverse events (vascular occlusion, anaphylaxis) using clinic emergency protocols
- Follow infection control, sharps and cold-chain storage procedures for Health Canada–approved products
- Track inventory and lot numbers for all products used
- Provide aftercare instructions and follow-up (e.g., two-week touch-ups)
- Build client relationships and rebookings; help create treatment plans that pair injectables with our skin and laser services
- Support marketing with consent-based before/after content and educational videos
Requirements
- Active, practising registration in good standing with BCCNM as an LPN, RN or NP
- Professional liability protection
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience (neuromodulators and dermal fillers) – portfolio of your work required
- Completed accredited injector training (botox and filler courses; advanced lip/facial balancing an asset)
- Venipuncture competency for PRP
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Thorough knowledge of facial anatomy and complication management, including hyaluronidase use
- Warm, professional bedside manner that fits a luxury clinic experience
Nice to Have
- Existing client base in Surrey / Lower Mainland
- Experience with PRP, biostimulators, skin boosters or IV therapy
- Experience with laser or energy-based devices
- Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi or another language spoken in our community
- Comfortable on camera for social media content
