The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is central to one of our most critical manufacturing processes and is suited to someone who takes ownership of quality, notices small details, and takes pride in producing exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor glass manufacturing machinery.

· Perform routine inspections using measuring devices and quality-control equipment.

· Work closely with supervisors and fellow operators to maintain effective production flow.

Skills and Qualifications

· Exceptional attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.

· Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to make adjustments as needed.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute to a team.

· Clear communication skills and a positive, willing-to-learn attitude.

· Ability to accurately use measuring devices and quality-inspection equipment.

· Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Preferred Experience





· Machine operation or manufacturing/quality inspection experience.

· Experience with measuring tools such as calipers and gauges.

· Forklift experience is an asset, but not required.

Working Conditions

· Hot manufacturing environment involving flames, operating machinery, and natural gas/oxygen and hydrogen/oxygen.

· Extended periods of walking and repetitive tasks requiring concentration and consistency.

· Frequent use of hands, eyes, and fine motor skills.

· Physically active work involving lifting, bending, and movement throughout the day.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
