> OUR HIRING PROCESS

We use a two-step interview process to identify the right candidates:

Step 1: In-Person Interview
We discuss your experience, work ethic, availability, and career goals.

Step 2: On-Site Practical Assessment
You demonstrate your cleaning skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and approach to quality.

Probation Period: 90 days.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 44.0 per week
