Client Service & Sales Coordinator

Location: Etobicoke, Ontario
Pay: $25–$35 per hour + performance bonuses, with a pay increase after successful completion of probation based on performance and opportunities for future increases.
Schedule: Primarily office-based, with 3–5 days per week in the office and opportunities for field sales.

About the opportunity

We’re a growing service-based business taking care of residential and light commercial customers. We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and personable individual to help close warm leads, support our customers, and keep daily activities moving.

Many of our sales opportunities come directly from our technicians, so you’ll be speaking with customers who already have a connection to our business. You’ll follow up on recommendations and quotes, explain options, answer questions, and help customers move forward.

This role offers variety, responsibility, and room to grow. You’ll be involved in sales, customer service, payment follow-up, and occasional field sales while working directly with the owner. Training is provided.

What you’ll do

- Follow up on warm leads generated by our technicians and help close sales.
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Explain service recommendations, answer questions, and follow up on quotes.
- Collect deposits, process payments, and professionally follow up on outstanding balances.
- Keep accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up tasks.




- Communicate with technicians and the owner to coordinate next steps.
- Use Outlook, Excel, and our task management platform to stay organized.
- Participate in field sales visits as needed.

What you bring

- Clear spoken and written English for communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Comfort using task management platforms, navigating the internet, and learning new online tools.
- A friendly, confident approach and comfort asking for the sale.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Comfort discussing pricing, deposits, and overdue payments.
- Previous sales, customer service, or office coordination experience is an asset.
