About Us
We are a busy downtown café offering high-quality specialty coffee, quick service, and a friendly work workplace. We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our team.

Position: Barista
Location: Caffe Artigiano on Pender St in Downtown Vancouver
Pay: Starting at $18.25/hr minimum+ $5/hr Minimum Tips (wage increases after probation and clearing of Food Safe)
Tips: Excellent tips pool
Schedule: Flexible

Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Take orders and operate the POS system accurately
- Prepare food
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and counters
- Restock supplies as needed

Requirements





- Barista experience Preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and café operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills
