Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly
- Mix drinks and prepare cocktails according to standard recipes while maintaining quality standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and cash handling efficiently
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, dining space, and service stations throughout your shift
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions,
and addressing concerns professionally
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, including bartending and serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, change calculation, and order accuracy
- Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures in a hospitality setting
- Knowledge of the food industry standards and best practices in food service operations
