About Enoch Wealth

Founded in 2015, Enoch Wealth Inc. is a growing alternative investment and wealth management firm serving clients in Canada. The firm is registered and licensed in multiple Canadian jurisdictions as an Investment Fund Manager (IFM), Portfolio Manager (PM), and Exempt Market Dealer (EMD).

As an established wealth management platform serving thousands of high-net-worth clients across British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta, Enoch Wealth combines a strong entrepreneurial culture with sophisticated institutional capabilities. Our team of more than 70 dealing representative professionals is supported by dedicated functions across compliance, operations, technology, and investment research, enabling us to deliver a high standard of service and expertise to sophisticated investors.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join our Research & Sales Support team in Toronto. This is a senior individual-contributor role for an experienced finance professional who can take full ownership of research mandates and deliver institutional-quality work with minimal supervision. The Senior Investment Analyst will lead due diligence on private-market and alternative investment products, monitor the existing product shelf, and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for the Investment Committee, senior management, and our dealing representative team.

Working closely with the Product Manager and the Research & Sales Support team, you will be trusted to scope, manage, and complete assigned projects end to end, from initial research through to final deliverable. The ideal candidate combines rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis with sound independent judgment, and is comfortable challenging assumptions, identifying risks that others may miss, and standing behind a well-reasoned view.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Due Diligence & Product Evaluation

- Lead end-to-end due diligence on new investment products and asset managers across private real estate, private credit and mortgage funds, infrastructure, private equity, and other alternative strategies.
- Analyze fund structures, investment strategies, track records, fee models, leverage, liquidity and redemption terms, valuation policies, and governance to assess suitability for the firm’s clients.
- Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses, including return attribution, sensitivity and scenario analysis,

and peer benchmarking.
- Prepare investment decks and present findings and recommendations to the Investment Committee and Product team with a clear, independent view on merits and risks.

Ongoing Monitoring & Periodic Reporting

- Monitor performance, distributions, NAV trends, portfolio composition, and risk metrics across the firm’s product shelf; proactively flag material changes or emerging concerns.
- Conduct ongoing due diligence reviews, including manager calls, review of audited financial statements, offering documents, and regulatory filings.
- Author periodic product analysis reports covering returns, business updates, operating results, balance sheet strength, and outlook for individual funds.
- Track key risk indicators such as distribution coverage, redemption trends, concentration, related-party transactions, leverage, and currency exposure.

Market Research & Investment Insight

- Conduct research on macroeconomic conditions, interest rates, and sector dynamics (e.g., real estate, private credit, infrastructure) to inform product strategy and shelf construction.
- Produce research reports, market commentaries, and thematic analyses for internal and client-facing use.
- Stay current on industry developments, competitor offerings, and Canadian securities regulatory changes relevant to the exempt market.

Project Ownership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Independently manage multiple assigned projects and research mandates concurrently, setting priorities, timelines, and quality standards with minimal oversight.
- Prepare investment presentations, product summaries, and training materials for dealing representatives, and deliver internal product training sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for asset managers and third-party service providers on research, data requests, and product updates.
- Partner with compliance to ensure all research and marketing materials meet regulatory and internal standards; support marketing initiatives with accurate, well-substantiated content.

- Collaborate closely with registered dealing representatives to address ad hoc inquiries and provide cross-functional support.

- Independence: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full ownership of assignments and projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality work on schedule.
- Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. CFA charterholder, CAIA, or a relevant graduate degree is an asset.
- Asset Class Knowledge: Solid understanding of private-market and alternative asset classes, such as real estate, mortgage and private credit funds, infrastructure, and private equity. Exposure to the Canadian exempt market is a significant asset.
- Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Regulatory Awareness: Working knowledge of compliance to ensure all published materials meet regulatory requirements.
- Systems: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with research databases is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex investment structures into clear, concise insights for different audiences.

- Independent thinker with sound judgment, comfortable forming and defending a well-supported investment view.
- Self-directed and accountable, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
