The Opportunity

As part of AlphaNova’s sales team, you’ll represent our company, connect with homeowners, identify roofing and gutter opportunities, and help customers find the right solutions for their homes.

You’ll develop valuable skills in communication, relationship building, negotiation, and sales while working in a performance-driven environment.





Previous experience in sales or leading teams is a strong asset, but not a requirement. We provide training and are equally interested in individuals with exceptional attitudes, strong work ethics, and the willingness to learn.
