Job Overview

As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you provide respectful, practical support that helps people with daily routines and personal care. Work takes place in our centre, supporting individuals with disabilities. You help promote comfort, dignity, and independence while following each person’s care needs.

Duties

- Assist with caregiving, daily routines, and personal support, adapting your approach to each individual.
- Prepare meals, help with cleaning, and maintain a tidy, welcoming care setting.
- Toileting, brief change, and assistance with feeding.

Skills

Required: Practical caregiving, clear communication, and attention to individual needs support safe, respectful daily assistance. Preferred: Assisted living, nursing home, senior care, disability support, dementia care, medication administration, cleaning, meal preparation, and home care experience are valuable strengths for this role.

Pay: $17.93-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 12.0 per week
