Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Recreation Coordinator to join our team in providing engaging recreational activities for seniors in our retirement home facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care and creating meaningful experiences for residents.

Duties:
- Plan, organize, and implement recreational programs and activities for elderly residents
- Coordinate group outings, events, and social gatherings within the retirement home
- Collaborate with staff to ensure activities meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback on activities
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to promote engagement and participation

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in senior care, caregiving, or assisted living settings preferred




- Knowledge of dementia care principles and techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with seniors, families, and colleagues
- Ability to plan and execute a variety of recreational programs tailored to the needs of elderly individuals
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activities and schedules effectively
