Applicants must currently live in Edmonton or the surrounding area and already be legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid open work permit). We do NOT sponsor work permits or LMIA, and we do not accept applicants from outside Canada.

NV Restaurant and Bar in Lessard / West Edmonton is hiring experienced Cooks. We have both AM shifts (about 9 AM - 3 PM, breakfast and lunch) and PM shifts (about 3 PM - 11 PM, dinner), and we will hire and schedule based on your availability.

You must have:
- At least 3 years working as a cook in a restaurant, hotel or commercial kitchen, and your current or most recent job must be a cook position (retail, grocery or deli counter jobs don't count)
- Line experience: grill, flat-top, saute or fryer, and keeping up during a rush
- Willing to clean, prep and wash dishes as part of the job
- Clean, protected food habits (Food Safe certification a plus)
- Legally allowed to work in Canada

What you'll do:

- Cook breakfast, lunch or dinner items to recipe,



consistently and on time
- Prep, portion and store ingredients
- Like every cook on our team, you'll also prep, clean your station and the kitchen, wash dishes, and pitch in wherever needed - no task is too small

Shortlisted cooks will be asked to cook two dishes at the interview.

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
