Luxury Sales Associate (Full & Part Time)

For over 40 years, Shops at the Empress has been Victoria's destination for luxury fashion.

From our boutiques inside the iconic Fairmont Empress Hotel, we curate a distinctive assortment of designer pieces you won't find everywhere — serving loyal local clients and visitors from around the world.

We're looking for full time team members who take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.

**Your role**

- Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism

- Build lasting relationships through attentive, knowledgeable service

- Guide clients through our collections with thoughtful styling advice

- Process transactions accurately at point of sale

- Maintain an immaculate boutique presentation,



including merchandising and displays

- Support inventory management, restocking, and shelving

- Partner with the team to achieve shared sales goals

**What you bring**

- A genuine passion for fashion, people, and exceptional service

- Polished communication skills and a professional presence

- Strong organization and time management

- Comfort with cash handling and basic math

Previous retail experience is preferred — but not required. We'll train you.

This role involves standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.
