Responsibilities

- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell additional services or retail products such as hand creams, cuticle oils, or nail care kits to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare tips for long-lasting results
- Assist in maintaining a clean,



organized workspace that adheres to health and safety standards
- Support retail sales efforts by promoting products that complement nail treatments and meet client needs

Requirements

- Proven experience in nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their preferences
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain a hygienic work environment at all times
- Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with body waxing is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated
- Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting products and increasing revenue
