The Role

The Dental Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and solid experience in dental office management. You will work closely with both the clinical and administrative teams to maintain high standards of patient care and office performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and support both administrative and clinical team members
- Manage scheduling, billing,



payroll, and financial reporting
- Oversee patient records, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance
- Improve office systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and patient experience
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dental Office or Practice Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Solid understanding of dental billing, insurance processes, and practice management software
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting
