Join the Snow Removal Crew Member team to help keep outdoor areas clear, accessible, and well maintained through changing seasonal conditions. This hands-on role involves operating equipment, using tools safely, and supporting a range of snow removal tasks. You’ll work alongside crew members to complete jobs efficiently and leave site safe and snow free!

Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from jobsites.
- Proficient understanding and writing capability for English language
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions with a strong work ethic, leadership and positive attitude
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

- Assist with snow removal projects
- Clear snow and ice from designated areas using hand tools, power tools, and available equipment.
- Follow safe work practices, care for tools, and coordinate with the crew to complete assigned work.
- Your impact:



Your work helps colleagues and visitors move through outdoor spaces more safely.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as equipment greasing, product inventory, sanding, salting etc.
- Prune and trim trees and shrubs to maintain health and appearance
- Operate and maintain snow removal/ landscaping equipment
- Maintain, clean and organize jobsites regularly with high levels of communication to supervisors and other staff members
- Always Promote and follow Land Tec Safe Work Practices and Safety Culture.

Requirements

Practical ability to use hand tools, power tools and powered mobile equipment safely, follow instructions, and contribute to maintenance tasks in changing outdoor conditions. Mechanical knowledge supports equipment care and basic troubleshooting.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36.0 per week
