- Assess access before moving furniture into a home, protecting floors, walls, doorways, and furniture throughout the delivery.
- Place and assemble furniture correctly, checking that it is secure and functions properly before leaving.
- Remove packaging and leave the delivery area clean and tidy.

- Confidence using basic tools and following furniture assembly instructions.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, courteous approach to customer interactions.
- Consistent attendance, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- A clean, skilled appearance and respectful conduct in customers’ homes.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions, ask questions, and raise concerns before proceeding.
- A cooperative attitude and the ability to take direction and respond constructively to feedback.

We expect every delivery to reflect the care and quality associated with Cricklewood Interiors. This means arriving prepared, handling furniture properly, respecting customers’ property, and following through on the details.

We value people who take ownership of their work. If a problem occurs, we expect honest communication and prompt action. If something cannot be moved or completed safely, we expect you to stop and seek direction.
