As an Automotive Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll welcome customers and support the front desk at Popular auto Repair. Your impact: Clear, courteous communication helps customers understand how to connect with the shop and get their vehicle concerns to the right team member.
Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and respond to front desk inquiries.
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Gather and enter customer and vehicle information accurately.
- Share customer concerns with the appropriate shop team members.




- Support routine clerical and administrative tasks to keep front desk information organized.
- Qualifications
- Strong customer service and front desk communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and confidence handling multiple calls.
- Computer skills.
- Preferred: Office or clerical experience.
- Preferred: Strong organization, typing, and customer support skills.
