Health & Safety and Business Coordinator

Redhead Artificial Lift Ltd. is looking for a motivated, organized, and adaptable individual to join our team as a Health & Safety and Business Coordinator.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to contribute across several important areas of a growing business. The role combines Health & Safety coordination with marketing, digital business support, and day-to-day operations—offering the opportunity to develop skills, take initiative, and make a meaningful contribution throughout the company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Coordinate Health & Safety activities, compliance, documentation, reporting, inspections, training, and audits.

· Support safety meetings, employee engagement, and the ongoing development of consistent safety practices.

· Maintain safety management systems and external vendor compliance platforms.

· Support marketing initiatives, manage company website updates, and help build and maintain our social media presence.

· Coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing and business development support.

· Provide administrative, shop,



and parts support as required to help keep business operations running smoothly.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· 1–3 years of relevant experience or a diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Occupational Health & Safety certification, or a willingness to work toward one.

· Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office, social media, website management, and digital tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and time-management skills.

· A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

· A willingness to learn about the artificial-lift industry and contribute across different areas of the business.

· Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and availability for occasional travel.
