ServiceMaster Fredericton is looking for a Senior Accounting Clerk to join our team. We are a fast-paced office and we are looking for a team -oriented individual. You must be able to multi-task under busy circumstances. As a team member, you must also be able to assist reception when multiple lines are ringing and customers are attending the reception area. Attendance and reliability is key.

The ideal candidate will have excellent accounting knowledge, accounting experience, and a robust understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as general ledger knowledge. Experienced in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook are required as well. Attention to detail is a must with an understanding of job costing and departmental costing involved. Payroll knowledge with government remittances experience is requiredIncluding HST remittances as well as other government reporting.





Willingness to be a team player within a small office environment with ongoing learning throughout your tenure. This is a succession hire with the hopes of grooming the right candidate to take on the position of Accounting Manager eventually.

This is a salaried position with vacation time, sick days and benefits.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
