Job Summary

A Tim Hortons Team Member is a frontline restaurant employee responsible for delivering rapid, friendly customer service, preparing food and beverages, operating the cash register or drive-thru, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

- As a Tim Hortons Team Member, your primary role is to deliver fast, friendly guest service while ensuring high-quality food and beverages are prepared to brand standards. On a daily basis, you will greet guests, accurately take orders at the counter or drive-thru, and process payments using the POS system. You will also be responsible for brewing coffee, preparing specialty drinks, and assembling food items like sandwiches and soups, all while strictly adhering to food safety guidelines. Beyond customer service and preparation, you will maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment by sweeping, mopping, wiping down tables, washing dishes, and keeping condiment stations fully stocked. This fast-paced role requires standing for long periods, working collaboratively with your team, and efficiently handling guest inquiries to create a positive dining experience.

Pay: $17.25-$19.00 per hour
