Love great food, good coffee, and bringing people together? Mercato di Luigi is looking for a General Manager to join our Chinatown team! Part Italian café, part fresh pasta kitchen, and part neighbourhood grocery store, Mercato di Luigi brings a little taste of Italy to Vancouver.

We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused leader to oversee daily operations, inspire our team, and help our neighbourhood spot thrive. Whether your background is in retail, restaurants, cafés, or another customer-focused industry, we'd love to hear from you!

What We're Looking For

- Previous leadership or management experience
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A positive, approachable leadership style and a love for developing people
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- An interest in Italian food and coffee culture
- Retail, café, or restaurant experience is an asset, but not required
