Trudel and Sons Roofing is looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Recent Roof Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. We’re seeking a hands-on leader who can manage new roof construction projects from planning and scheduling through completion, ensuring every job is delivered safely, on time, and to our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage current roof construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and materials.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety.
- Ensure projects meet building codes, specifications, and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with builders for updates and coordination.
- Identify and resolve in office challenges, delays, and material issues.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Oversee project closeout, inspections, and deficiencies.

Qualifications

- Previous experience managing roofing or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, installation methods, and construction practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, crews, and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination abilities.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to job sites as required.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to communicate in English

Assets:

- Experience with new construction roofing projects.
- Experience working with builders
- Relevant construction safety training and certifications.
- Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to speak Spanish
