We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic and personable individual as a Senior Technical Inside Sales Representative. We are seeking an experienced professional looking for a long-term role where they can make a lasting impact and continue to grow with our leadership team.

Specific Duties:

- Experience with assisting clients with technical sales of networking cables and hardware
- Working expectance of network topology and the ability to recommend to clients the appropriate cables and equipment
- Understand NVR and camera configurations in CCTV applications and assist with sales and setup
- Configure and recommended the appropriate fiber optic cables required for customer defined applications
- Understand the function of video switches, splitters and extenders and recommend the appropriate product for the customer’s application
- Build relationships with an existing client base
- Answer customer inquiries over the phone and via email
- Enter orders placed into our inventory system
- Resolve product and service-related problems
- Promote sales to existing customers
- Identify customers and promote products to meet their needs





The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

- Completion of university or college
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of current technologies
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of organization and accuracy
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced setting
- Self-starter and team player
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with ERP software is required, knowledge of Sage 300 an asset
- 3 – 5 years of direct experience required

Terms of Employment:

- Full Time, On-site
- Annual salary of $75,000-$85,000, plus potential bonuses
