We're looking for a hands-on, creative builder to help us develop new technology for our equipment and operations, with a focus on safety, productivity and efficiency.

What you'll do

- Design, build and test custom mechanical and electronic solutions for heavy equipment
- Work on data collection and equipment monitoring projects
- Explore new tools and technology for our field operations
- Bring your own ideas and help turn them into working solutions

What we're looking for

- Strong mechanical and electrical/electronics skills
- Enjoys solving problems from scratch and seeing ideas work in the real world
- Comfortable around heavy equipment and job sites
- Experience with sensors, data systems, drones or GPS is an asset

The details

- Contract or project-based, flexible schedule 20-40 weekly
- Materials and expenses covered by the company
- Can work from home but also require some travel to job sites / office

Pay: $250,000.00-$350,000.00 per year

Experience:

- hands-on electrical, mechanical or electronics: 2 years (preferred)
