Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our production team. You will be responsible for the full fabrication cycle, from interpreting architectural drawings to final assembly. Ideal candidate will have experience in commercial millwork and store fixtures. This role requires a blend of traditional woodworking and modern industrial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabrication & Assembly: Build custom cabinets and millwork using various woods, laminates, and veneers.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and exactly follow shop drawings, specifications, and layout patterns to ensure precision.
- Machine Operation: Set up and safely operate industrial machinery, including table saws, jointers, shapers, planers, and routers.
- Precision Joinery: Trim joints and fit subassemblies using glue, clamps, and fasteners (nails/screws) to create seamless units.
- Installation: Occasionally assist with on-site installations to ensure proper alignment and fit.





Required Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in custom millwork and store fixture manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of both hand tools and stationary power machinery.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods in a shop environment.
- Education: High school diploma; completion of a four-year apprenticeship or equivalent years experience.
- Ability: to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
