Overview

The Fitness Facility Cleaning Attendant helps keep workout and shared areas clean, orderly, and ready for daily use. This hands-on role supports a welcoming environment for members and colleagues by maintaining hygienic spaces and promptly addressing routine facility needs.

Duties

- Clean and sanitize workout areas, floors, equipment, washrooms, and other shared spaces using appropriate cleaning practices.
- Replenish supplies, empty waste containers, and keep cleaning tools organized and ready for use.
- Check facility areas for cleanliness and routine maintenance needs, and report issues that require attention.
- Support facilities maintenance by completing basic upkeep tasks and communicating cleaning or maintenance concerns to colleagues.

Requirements





Required: Practical cleaning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safe, consistent routines while maintaining orderly spaces. Basic facilities maintenance and maintenance awareness are useful for recognizing routine upkeep needs and reporting issues clearly. Preferred: Commercial cleaning experience or familiarity with cleaning shared facilities is advantageous. A dependable, organized approach and clear communication help coordinate tasks with colleagues and keep the facility ready for use.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 9.0 per week
