Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, sales focused and qualified Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have amazing energy and while providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative and cleaning tasks. This role requires strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales setting is a strong asset but not required.

Duties

- Greeting clients and creating an amazing in studio experience.
- Helping our clients reach their skin care goals by educating them on products and services (Training supplied) .
- Booking appointments and managing the front desk.
- Completing daily cleaning and sanitization of studio.
- Selling memberships, packages and products.
- Hitting sales targets and contributing a positive mindset and attitude.

Qualifications

- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multiple calls effectively.
- Experience in customer service




- Previous experience in sales is preferred
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Able to work evenings, weekends and some day shifts if needed
