Summary

We are seeking an intermediate level Residential Community Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in enhancing our property management team and ensuring a seamless integration of services that support our company's growth. You will be managing multi-family complex in the desirable newly developed north Edmonton communities under the supervision of a Property Manager.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of residential properties.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly.
- Implement property management best practices to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Utilize YARDI software for productive property management processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline services and support growth initiatives.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate tenant maintenance requests to ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Conduct full cycle leasing process, including marketing, showing, processing rental applications, leasing, move in/out inspections.




- Coordinate with contractors and tradesmen on service works.
- Prepare and serve notices, report on property performance/deficiencies and tenant feedback.
- Qualifications
- Canadian experience in property leasing, administration, or management.
- Working knowledge in YARDI is desirable.
- Knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancy Act is an asset.
- Strong people and customer service skills with focus on tenant relations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
