The Dental Surgeon provides patient-focused dental care, assesses oral health, and develops appropriate treatment plans. The role combines clear communication, careful clinical judgment, and accurate documentation to support positive patient experiences and coordinated care.

Responsibilities

- Examine patients, review dental histories, and assess oral health concerns to guide treatment planning.
- Explain findings and treatment options in accessible language, answer questions, and support informed patient decisions.
- Perform appropriate dental procedures with attention to patient comfort, safety, and clinical standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate care with colleagues, using relevant office systems and technology.

Qualifications

Required: Practical dental assessment, treatment-planning, patient communication, and accurate documentation capabilities are essential to carrying out the role’s duties. Medical terminology supports clear records and effective coordination with patients and colleagues. Preferred: Dental office experience, familiarity with Epic or Dentrix, and exposure to Pediatrics or CAD are advantageous strengths for supporting varied workflows and patient needs.

Pay: $185,000.00-$610,000.00 per year
