What You’ll Do:
● Take charge of creating and costing our menu. We appreciate creativity!
● Hire and train current staff.
● Manage a team of line/prep cooks.
● Create a daily prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
● Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
● Take note of any low or product shortages and add to order lists.
● Responsible for some line cook duties.
● Responsibilities will include inventory, ordering, kitchen and stock organization, etc

We ask that you have:
● must possess a FOODSAFE certification or be able to get one before hire.
● At least 3 years of experience in the kitchen industry.
● Able to work a flexible schedule.
● Excellent people skills; able to project a friendly and helpful manner at all times.
● Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
● Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
● Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for up to 10 hours a day.
● Available weekends, holidays and evenings.
