About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Aluminum Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will fabricate and assemble aluminum doors and framing systems for interior glass partition walls. All work is performed in our shop.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in aluminum fabrication who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

- Fabricate and assemble pre-engineered aluminum framing systems for interior glass walls and doors.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, measurements, and fabrication instructions.
- Accurately measure, cut, drill, machine, and assemble aluminum extrusions.
- Assemble door frames and prepare framing systems for glass installation and hardware.
- Inspect finished components to ensure accuracy, fit, and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills





- Previous aluminum fabrication experience is required.
- Experience assembling commercial aluminum door and interior glass partition systems is an asset.
- Ability to read shop drawings and accurately interpret measurements.
- Familiarity with aluminum cutting saws, drills, milling equipment, and precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to help with installation on job sites when needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, organized, and safety-conscious.
- Required to have a valid G-class driver's license.

Compensation

Starting pay will be based on experience and demonstrated skill level.
