Family Assistant / Nanny Needed in Elbow Park, Calgary | Up to $35/hour

Driving Required

A busy, active family in Calgary's Elbow Park neighbourhood is looking for an organized, proactive, and engaging Family Assistant / Nanny to support their household and two daughters, ages 6 and 9.

The family is hoping to find someone with a fun, big-sister personality who can build a outstanding relationship with the girls while keeping their busy schedules and household running smoothly.

Both girls are active in extracurricular activities, including squash, skating, and ski racing. With two busy professional parents, the family needs someone reliable who can take initiative, stay organized, and confidently manage the day-to-day logistics.

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

35 hours per week. Some flexibility with hours may occasionally be required.

Responsibilities:

- School pick-ups and driving to extracurricular activities
- Helping the girls with homework and school organization
- Keeping track of schedules, school communications,



and upcoming activities
- Preparing healthy lunches, snacks, and dinners for the children
- Grocery shopping and running errands
- Light household tidying, laundry, and organization
- Helping the children stay organized and prepared for their busy schedules
- Planning fun activities and spending quality time with the girls
- General household management and support

The family is looking for someone who can get to know their routines and preferences, anticipate what needs to be done, and stay one step ahead to keep things running smoothly.

- Reliable, punctual, and an excellent time manager

- Confident preparing healthy meals for children
- Able to work independently and take initiative

The family has a friendly Labradoodle who has a regular dog walker, so no dog walking is required. Occasional help letting her into the backyard may be needed.
