Account Service Representative – Personal Lines (Windsor)

Youngs Insurance is currently seeking a RIBO licensed individual, for the Account Service Representative - Personal Lines role, who is interested in being part of a winning culture and rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of personal businesses with primary objectives and duties, including the following:

- First point of contact in office (front desk)
- Providing exceptional day to day customer service to our clients
- Processing home and auto policy changes, maintaining professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
- Fielding billing related questions, processing payments, and generating invoices for clients
- Processing callbacks, submissions, and mail in a timely manner
- Cross-selling a variety of products at every opportunity
- Promoting client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building
- Remaining current on all company updates and procedures

Qualifications:

- Currently holds a RIBO license in good standing (required)
- Minimum 1-year personal lines insurance experience (required)




- Experience using EPIC and/or Policyworks (considered an asset)
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Thrives in a rapid-paced, multi-faceted environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multi-task and respond to time-sensitive deadlines
- Commitment to a positive team dynamic
