- Flexible scheduling, with availability arranged together.

- Appointment volume varies with client demand and your availability. A minimum number of bookings or weekly hours is not guaranteed.
- An active approach to promoting your services, encouraging rebooking, and building referrals is expected. These efforts can help grow your clientele and earning potential.

Responsibilities

- Provide massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
- Complete assessments, obtain informed consent, and maintain accurate, confidential treatment records.




- Maintain a clean, welcoming treatment space.
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain treatment plans and address client concerns effectively.
- Deliver professional client care and work respectfully with the Urban Aesthetics team.

Qualifications

- Completed massage therapy training and current membership in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to client care.
